Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or they may choose to pay through the bank. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is easy to use, secure, and can be completed in a few minutes. Conference Authors and Participants
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted full research paper and short paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the MTSR Proceedings published in CCIS by Springer's CCIS (Communications in Computer and Information Science) Book Series. You can find all previous MTSR proceedings on SpringerLink: https://link.springer.com/conference/mtsr
It is mandatory the author(s) of an accepted poster, workshop, tutorial and Demo to register in order for the work to be presented during the MTSR Conference and to appear in the MTSR Book of Abstracts published by MTSR in collaboration with the MetaDATA LAB, International Hellenic University.
The aforementioned apply also to authors who will present two or more accepted papers in the conference. If a group of professionals from an institution wish to attend the conference, please ask for a group registration at mtsr.conference@gmail.com
Authors fees must be received: 17 November 2025.
Both Registration Fee and Full Registration Fee include access to all scientific sessions and workshops, coffee breaks and lunches, the conference bag with stationery and information materials, and free online access to the Springer Nature post-conference proceedings.
Conference Events
- Gala Dinner will take place on Thursday 18th December.
- Author fee and a full author fee include also a one-day excursion on Saturday, 20 December, offering participants a unique opportunity to explore the cultural and historical heritage of Central Macedonia, combining archaeology, knowledge, and local gastronomy.
- For all other registered participants, the one-day excursion is offered at a reduced participation cost of €50, as the MTSR Conference and its sponsors are generously covering €45 of the total €95 trip cost per person.
The program includes guided visits to:
- Vergina (Aigai): The ancient capital of the Macedonian kingdom and burial site of Philip II, father of Alexander the Great. The recently opened Archaeological Museum of Aigai is among the most impressive in Greece, housing the royal tombs and priceless treasures.
- Public Library of Veria: An internationally recognized library celebrated for its innovative services and community programs, winner of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Access to Learning Award.
- Kir-Yianni Winery in Naoussa: One of Greece’s most renowned wineries, located on the slopes of Mount Vermion. Participants will enjoy a guided tour of the vineyards and cellars, a curated wine tasting session, and a traditional Macedonian lunch at the winery restaurant.
The MTSR Conference will cover all or part of the costs, including transportation, entrance fees, guided tours, wine tasting, and the meal.
Participants are kindly advised to plan for a late return on Saturday evening, as this excursion promises to be a memorable experience combining culture, history, and authentic local hospitality.
