Before submitting your paper please make sure to follow the instructions below.
Instructions to Authors
Submitted papers should be within the scope of the MTSR 2016 conference. All contributions must be of high quality, original, should not have been published elsewhere and should not be submitted for publication elsewhere during the review period or time of the conference.
The conference proceedings will be published by Springer-Verlag in Springer's CCIS (Communications in Computer and Information Science) Book Series. When formatting papers, please refer to the Springer-Verlag web site, and strictly follow the Instructions to LNCS Authors.
Papers are required in PDF format for review purposes, but authors are required to upload editable word-processor files (LaTeX or MS Word) at the end of the review process (please visit Springer web site to obtain information).
Publication process
The language of publication is exclusively English. Authors publishing in CCIS have to sign the Springer CCIS copyright transfer form, however, they are free to use their material published in CCIS for substantially changed, more elaborate subsequent publications elsewhere. For the preparation of the camera-ready papers/files, authors have to strictly adhere to the Springer CCIS Authors' Instructions and are strongly encouraged to use the CCIS LaTeX style files or templates, as described here.
Abstracting/Indexing
CCIS is abstracted/indexed in DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago, Scopus. CCIS volumes are also submitted for the inclusion in ISI Proceedings.

Copyright form (after your paper has been accepted)
Each contribution must be accompanied by a Springer copyright form, a so-called 'Consent to Publish' form. The form will be published shortly.
Modified forms are not acceptable. Authors will be asked to transfer the copyright of the paper to the Springer. This will ensure the widest possible protection and dissemination of information under copyright laws. One author may sign on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper. In this case, the author signs for and accepts responsibility for releasing the material on behalf of all co-authors.
